MultiPhacet is live - because we can’t afford to wait

We’re thrilled to introduce MultiPhacet - a new editorial initiative from the team behind Phacet. Our goal is to collectively explore the multiple facets of AI.

After helping 200+ companies identify AI-automatable processes, and building agents on our platform now used daily by product, ops, data, IT, and G&A teams, we felt the need to share what we’ve learned - from the field, from real users, and from the broader shifts reshaping our work.

This isn’t our first ride.

Over the last 2 years, we built Millefeuille AI, one of France’s leading AI newsletters with 8.000 subscribers, covering the sector’s rise with clarity and craft - both on its impact on our health, our democracy, our ecosystems and also sharing stories from people on the ground.

We also co-lead the m-ai club, an angel investment syndicate of 100+ Business ANgelsthat has deployed €1M into AI-first European startups like Gladia, Linkup and others who are shaping the future of applied artificial intelligence.

With MultiPhacet we’re leveraging our increased resources & experience gathered at Phacet to go a step further.

🚨 Why MultiPhacet — and why now?

Because Europe must not sleepwalk through this transformation.

In the U.S., companies are investing faster, taking more risks, and reaping the compounding benefits of faster learning cycles. Meanwhile, too many European organizations remain stuck in proof-of-concepts, building custom stacks, or waiting for the mass to show the way to start building their AI capabilities.

This asymmetry is creating a new dependency: one where American-built software increasingly replaces European white-collar work — without adapting to our values, our constraints, or our pace.
